ØOn August 18, 2011, CGNPC Uranium Resources Co. Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Uranium Development Company Limited (HK), executed share subscription agreement with Vital Group, and subscribed for 50.11% shares of Vital Group and convertible bonds in the amount of HK600 million.

ØOn November 21, 2011, the name of Vital Group Holdings Limited (“Vital Group”) was formally changed to “CGN Mining Company Limited”.

ØOn March 26, 2015, the Company completed the disposal of the food, Pharmaceutical and part of real estate business.

ØOn April 15, 2015, the Company completed the acquisition of 100% equity interests in Beijing Sino-Kazakh Uranium Resources Investment Company Limited (“Beijing Sino-Kazakh”). After the completion of acquisition, the Company now holds 49% equity interests in Semizbay-U Limited Liability Partnership and 49% sales rights of the off-take quantity of products for natural uranium products of two uranium mines in operation and sales through Beijing Sino-Kazakh, and became a uranium resource development and trading company with clear main business.

ØOn January 27, 2016, the Company completed the major transaction of acquisition of 19.99% entity interest in Fission Uranium Corp. (”Fission”), successfully got involved in the high grade uranium ore project in Canada and became the single largest shareholder of Fission.

ØIn October and December 2016, the Company signed the "Uranium Mines Principle Agreement" and its supplementary agreement with Kazakh Atomic Energy Industry Co., Ltd., stipulating that the two sides will cooperate on uranium mines with a total resource of 40,000 tons of uranium, of which the company's total sales volume will be no less than 20,000 tons of uranium.

ØOn November 8, 2016, Fosun Group subscribed 9.99% equity interests of the Company through the holding company, Hainan Mining Co., Ltd.

ØOn January 17, 2019, CGN Mining Company Limited completed the acquisition of 100% equity interests in CGN Global Uranium Limited (“CGN GU”).
